Nutley’s 12m Wide Bird Netting Superior Heavy Duty

Heavy duty and super strong, this bird netting is woven and great for protecting fruit and vegetables from pests and over ponds. Made from a superior weight 32GSM, the netting is double-knitted and woven with HDPE monofilaments for extra strength. The netting has a 1.8cm (0.7 inches) diamond mesh which keeps away a variety of birds but is big enough to welcome small insects like bees who can pollinate. The diamond mesh alsi helps it to conform to irregular shapes. The netting is also UV Stabilised, making it resistant to ray damage as well as rotting and mildew. If you bring the netting in over winter, it should last between 7 to 10 years outdoors.

The netting is very elastic, so we recommend allowing for an extra 30% in length and width to stretch over your chosen area. The width that is listed is for the full-stretched fabric. For the best results, buy a fabric that is wider than you think you will need. The netting is 12m wide at its fullest stretch, and available in various lengths.
